At Seider, you can find it all in one place—heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical. We’re not the type of business that just takes one call and that’s all. Being a family-owned business, we build relationships with Fox Point homeowners that last. Our customers are pleased to find out that we don’t just provide one type of service—we have the means to take complete care of their home comfort.

Heating and Air Conditioning Services in Fox Point

Just because your furnace or air conditioner isn’t cooperating properly doesn’t necessarily mean you have to replace it. Our customers’ happiness is our main concern—if you’re not ready to replace it, then our certified technicians will do whatever it takes to get your unit up and running again. The decision is completely yours, but our job is to provide you with options.

Sometimes all you need is a little maintenance to keep your unit running at peak performance. Replacing air filters frequently and having an annual checkup can help to avoid expensive repairs in the future. If you notice something isn’t working quite right—don’t hesitate to call. If service is required, our technicians will be there no later than 15 hours after the call was placed.

Plumbing Services in Fox Point

Plumbing is a home fixture that never gets a second thought—until a complication emerges. When you need a fast plumber in the Fox Point area, you can rely on Seider to respond, diagnose, and complete the work promptly and efficiently. We repair broken pipes, leaking toilets, and clogged drains as well as install new faucets, toilets, garbage disposals, and more.

Even a minor complication should not be neglected for risk of it turning into a much larger problem. Home maintenance may prevent drains that clog easily and keep garbage disposals fresh and clear. Grinding citrus rinds and rigid materials like eggshells is actually good for your disposal and will act as a natural scour for your sink. A mixture of salt, baking soda, and vinegar can help to remove the hair and soap residue caught in your drain—but if that doesn’t do the trick, don’t hesitate to call the experts at Seider.

Electrical Services in Fox Point

Some homeowners prefer to repair electrical problems themselves, but it’s something to be extremely cautious about. We repair and replace most outlets for less than $100—is it worth the risk to do it yourself? Seider offers a full range of electric services from replacing switches, updating lighting and ceiling fans, increasing safety by installing CO2 detectors, and even upgrading circuit capacity.

Most homes these days need an electrical panel with a minimum of 100 amp to power their growing collection of electronic devices. If your Fox Point home is over 30 years old, a potential disaster may be avoided by having an inspection. You may notice the signals of an overloaded circuit—flickering lights, sparks, buzzing sounds, power outages, and frayed or damaged wiring. If you observe any of these issues, contact Seider or a certified electrician immediately.

Whether you’re looking for a heating or cooling contractor, plumber, or electrician—you can find it all under one roof at Seider. Contact us to set up an appointment for punctual, same-day service!
